Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this 30-day period has elapsed, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on products that:

• Were shipped by IVMA Man-Sask
• Are faulty due to manufacturing defects
• Were incorrectly shipped items
• Show quality issues attributable to our error

All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used agricultural chemicals
• Products with broken seals
• Custom-mixed or specially ordered products
• Products that have been diluted or mixed with other substances
• Items with removed or damaged safety labels

Return Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
5. Include all original labels, safety information, and documentation

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We will notify you by email about the status of your return
• If approved, your refund will be processed
• Credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method
• Processing time is typically 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Please Note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
• Partial refunds may be issued for items not returned in their original condition

Important Information

• The return shipping address will be provided with your return authorization and may differ from the original shipping address
• For orders containing multiple items, refunds will only be issued for the returned items
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
• All returns must comply with local and federal regulations regarding the transportation of agricultural chemicals
